Christopher Wittman, PT, DPT Christopher is a 2012 graduate of D’Youville College, where he earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services. Christopher has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, sub-acute rehabilitation, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and adults with developmental disabilities. Christopher’s clinical philosophy is one that focuses on patient-centered care and working one-on-one with each patient through manual therapy and functional/exercise based rehabilitation. He is certified in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a system he uses to construct exercise programs that help patients gain strength and flexibility, as well as prevent injury.
Roxanne Swain, OTR Roxanne received a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 1992 from D’Youville College. She has clinical experience in outpatient services, including in orthopedics, strokes, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, cognitive deficits, and hand therapy. Roxanne has been with Niagara Lutheran Health System for 17 years, serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist for the past seven years.
Jennifer Grzebinski, PT, DPT Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2009 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011 from Daemen College. She was awarded the Academic Excellence Award upon graduating from Daemen. She began working for Niagara Lutheran Health System in 2011 and currently plans and implements physical therapy services in both the sub-acute and outpatient settings. She has attended parts A (lumbar spine) and B (cervical and thoracic spine) of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. Her special interests include falls prevention, therapeutic approaches to dementia, and functional approaches to exercise.

Alissa Dzieciuch, PTA Alissa received her Associate’s degree in Applied Science in 2005 from Villa Maria College. In 2005, she started her career as a Physical Therapy Assistant, working for The GreenFields and focusing on sub-acute rehabilitation. She transitioned to outpatient therapy in 2007 and has a special interest in post-surgical rehabilitation. Alissa is highly involved in implementing our aquatic therapy programs for pre-operative joint replacement and lower back pain patients.
Denise Prior, PTA Denise Prior is a 2005 graduate of Genesee Community College where she earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program. She began her career eight years ago at Niagara Lutheran Health System, working in sub-acute therapy at GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center. She currently works part-time in outpatient physical therapy, specializing in aquatic therapy, extensive manual techniques, and neuromuscular re-education. Denise prides herself on being a versatile part of the GreenFields rehabilitation team.
